ORIGINS
A slower way of living, rooted in Tuscany.
Nestled between the Tuscan hills and the Tyrrhenian coast, just six kilometers from the sea, Capalbio is a land where nature remains largely untouched.
Here, our olives are nurtured, handpicked and pressed to produce a fresh and aromatic olive oil that echoes the flavors of Tuscany.
Small and Big, Piccola e Grande
In Italian, piccola means “small” and grande means “big”.
The name Piccola Grande was born from a heartwarming moment within the founding family.
At two years old, the firstborn son began calling himself grande and his newborn sister piccola — an innocent expression of his place in the world and his love for the little one beside him.
From this endearing exchange, a name with a deeper meaning emerged.
Piccola Grande reflects a belief that the smallest things can carry the greatest significance: a single olive, a shared meal, a quiet gesture of care, a moment gathered around the table.
PICCOLA GRANDE
PHILOSOPHY
Small in scale. Grand in meaning.
Tuscan philosophy is rooted in a slower rhythm of life — one that allows time for flavours to unfold, textures to be appreciated, and moments to be fully experienced.
Piccola Grande carries this sensibility beyond the grove, bringing the spirit of the Tuscan table into everyday life.
It is an invitation to rediscover the quiet significance of simple rituals: preparing a meal, sharing a table, taking a moment to savour what is in front of us.
A celebration of presence, care, and the subtle pleasures found in the everyday — where flavour becomes feeling.
