The Harvest
Olive harvest is defined by timing.
Piccola Grande olives are harvested early in the season, beneath the autumn full moon, and taken directly to Frantoio Rossi, where they are cold extracted within hours by the expert team on site.
This attention to time preserves the oil's vibrant character, fresh aromas, and naturally high polyphenol content.
